Jay’s years of experience helped companies and their leaders achieve big financial, operating, and personal goals.

As a senior executive of for consulting firms, IDC, CSC Index, and Concours Group (co-founded) Jay built the West Coast Offices from scratch to become a major contributor of revenue and personal. His focus was on building business relationships, identifying client issues and project managing a consulting team to address their issues that resulted in a stream of revenue. He has worked with the top business thought leaders through our executive coaching business to bring new insights to our clients.
